Shop Spotlight: Oak Surf Club

For any Great Lakes Surfing non-believers out there, I challenge you to step foot into Oak Surf Club (OAK CLOTHING CO.) in Wellington, Ontario. Not only will this shop reveal a thriving community of fresh water surfers, but it will also make you want to put on a wetsuit, download a couple of wind apps and pray for storms while clutching your brand new surfboard.

Though most people know the County for its abundant wineries and breweries, OAK has created a community hub for surfers and non-surfers alike to go unwind, grab a cup of Anchored Coffee and soak up the good vibes. Apart from an awesome selection of clothing brands for both men and women, Oak Surf Club operates as a fully functioning surf shop. On their second floor, you can buy wetsuits, gloves and boots (all thick for cold water) as well as a variety of soft top and traditional boards.
